As small and tiny as an eye
Disturbance was the only thing I gave you
Instead full care was received from you
I grew inside you mom, for over half a year
I felt everything you felt, your hopes, dreams, and fears.
You kept me warm and safe and fed,
mom in your warm soft baby bed.
It came time for me to see you the person, for me who cared
the person whose life for over half a year I lovingly shared.
Now we see each other, mom, our hearts swell with pride
I can tell you would always love me, I can see it in your eyes.
And I will always love you mom,
for it was you, who gave me life through those loving eyes.
